Logicalbond - Backend Developer
At Logicalbond, we’re working on human-centered design and development projects that aim to create long term value. Each project has a great potential inside to join a new learning cycle and we are constantly trying to import it to a each project.
In each project, we follow user research, design strategies, interaction design and graphic & motion implementation.
In addition to that, storytelling is a big part of every process in our journey. We do believe that, it is such an important step not only doing a job but also explaining what you have done. Nowadays, we are expanding our “Development” team and looking for a Backend Developer who has experience in technology industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop new software applications, features, and frameworks
- Discover and troubleshoot issues with existing architecture and code
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers to deliver value
- Polish and improve existing UX/UI
- Actively participate in code/design reviews
- Effectively communicate to teams
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Architecting, designing and developing Web Applications & Cross Platform software components based product specifications
- Maintaining and extending the functionality of existing Web & Cross Platform software components
- Integrating and developing UX/UI designs and wireframes into user-friendly experiences and intuitive user interfaces
- Working closely with backend developers to implement and develop products with responsive designs
- Evaluating user interaction issues and debugging with backend developers to deliver optimized products
- Documenting the software components
- Implementing the unit tests
Required Skills and Experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web development, preferably in a digital agency or a global environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or programming, information technology or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software development principles.
- Passion for creating user-friendly, appealing and consistent UI elements
- Proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3
- Professional in English
- As part of the application process, you will be expected to provide an up to date portfolio of your work.
Preferred skills
- A keen eye for details on what looks and feels good
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partners across the organization and at various levels (technical to creative – individual contributors to executives)
- Ability to manage time and priorities while still driving multiple projects at once with a high level of concentration and resilience to stay focused on a project to the end and meet client deadlines
- Knowledge and interest of the latest trends in web applications
Pluses
- Participated a process of having built and launched at least one digital platform application
- Experience with Vue.js and/or Angular.js
- Willing to learn about applying DevOps concepts (CI/CD, etc.) to improve the delivery process of software
- Open to receive feedback and constructive criticism
